At Adira Occupational Therapy, we provide various community courses to improve people's well-being and self-assurance. Our objective is to help individuals become more independent in their daily lives. Adira OT courses are developed to equip participants with practical abilities, knowledge, and techniques to overcome physical, cognitive, and emotional health obstacles.

Introduction to Solids Caregiver Course
A comprehensive in-person group course for caregivers introducing solid foods to their infants. Our approach is based on the latest evidence-based methods for infant feeding, including:

Adira OT offers the "Introduction to Solids Caregiver Course" in a private, one-on-one workshop in the comfort of your own home.
